Item No.: 08
Site: Potable Water-Bunkering & Production
Violation: It was unclear from the logs that the first reading for the chlorine residual was the initial reading. It appeared to be one hour after the start. Per the staff, the first reading recorded was within five minutes of the start time. Each reading after that was every hour for bunkering or every four hours for production.
Recommendation:Ensure that the initial reading for bunkering and production of potable water occurs within 30 minutes of the start time.
*Inspections scores of 85 or lower are NOT satisfactory
