The following publications are available free of charge. Please type the quantity you want to order in the Number Ordered box. If you are limited to one copy, check the checkbox if you would like a copy. Linked titles can be viewed or downloaded.

Terms of Use

• We ship orders only to the United States, its territories, and APOs. Orders to other addresses will be canceled.
• Multiple orders for the same publication to the same address will be canceled. Only the first order will be processed.
• All orders require 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are not available.
• If you need more than the maximum quantity allowed for a publication, please send an e-mail to cancerinfo@cdc.gov stating the quantity needed, the purpose for which they will be used (such as an event, like a health fair), and your contact information.
