• Multiple orders of the same publications to the same address will be canceled. Only the first order will be processed.

	The 2nd printing of the 12th edition (04/2012) of the Epidemiology and Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases (The Pink Book) is available for viewing and downloading on the NCIRD Immunizations and Vaccines website. It can be purchased from the Public Health Foundation.
