System Updates
As of April 1, 2019, CDC’s CBA Request Information System (CRIS) has been replaced by the new CBA Tracking System (CTS) for requesting CBA services from PS 19-1904 CBA providers. CDC directly-funded community-based organizations (CBOs), health departments, and CBA providers can access CTS at https://wwwn.cdc.gov/CTS. CDC funding recipients will be able to access CTS using their current CRIS log-in IDs and passwords. New CBA requests can be submitted starting on April 1st.
