Dashboard at a Glance
The CTS dashboard allows users to access the following features based on their role:

- Login information displays at the top: login name and date & time of the last login.

- To view announcements, click the megaphone/circle icon.

- To access My Account, My Organizations, or Logout click the drop-down arrow next to the login name and click the appropriate link.

- The menu bar provides links to features/options in CTS; the menu bar displays at the top of every page.

- The features/options include:

Dashboard Options

- Request New Technical Assistance (TA).
Note: The ADD button is used to start the process of adding a new request. For details on this process, see one of the following topics in the Help File under the Request New TA topic:
- Enter TA Activity Number search box is used to find a ticket, request, or activity by entering the TA number in the box and clicking the Open button.
- View TA Activities box. There are two options in the View TA Activities box:
- View Existing button is used to view the status of TA activities. This functionality is role-based.
- CDC staff will see all TA Activities in CTS.
- Providers will see all TA Activities in their region.
- All other users will only see TA Activities associated with their User ID.
- View TA Request Requiring a Response button is used to view TA activities associated with the logged-in User ID that need their attention.
- TA That Require My Response is a table that displays a list of tickets/requests that are waiting for the logged-on user to perform some type of action, such as submit, review, approve, etc.

- Search is a feature that is used to locate a ticket/request in CTS.
Note: Tickets/Requests can be searched by typing in the actual information that could appear under a header, such as the following examples:
- “0012”, will display any request where the TA Number include 012
- “0012”, will also display any request where the Issue Number include 012

- “Creating”, will display only request in the Creating Status

- “1/12/2021” will display only request where the Date is 1/12/2021

- “Illinois” will display any request where the Requesting Organization include Illinois.

- “West” will display any request where the Region will include West
