Component Description
The Youth Conduct Disorder (YCD) section is comprised of eight questions. These questions are part of the Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Children Predictive Scales (DPS) developed by the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons/New York State Psychiatric Institute in New York, NY. The DPS focuses only on those items from the full module on Conduct Disorder that were found to be significant predictors of disorder. It has been shown to accurately determine adolescents who are at high probability of meeting diagnostic criteria (J Am Acad Child Adolesc Psychiatry 2001 April; 40 (4) 443-449).
