ATSDR Releases Public Health Consultation for the Fort Monmouth Evans area Wall, New Jersey

Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) once used to insulate and cool electrical equipment at the Fort Monmouth Evans Area are not a health hazard to people living near the area, according to a public health consultation just released by the federal Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR).
ATSDR will hold two public availability sessions on February 7 in Wall Township, NJ.

The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), a public health agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, will hold two public availability sessions in Wall Township, New Jersey, to provide area residents with an opportunity to discuss their health concerns regarding polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) contamination related to the Evans Area of Fort Monmouth.
