Intervention EffectivenessOne out of 7 subjects died one year after removal. Five of 7 subjects continued with mild bronchial hyperresponsiveness at follow-up. Specific IgE fell exponentially by a half-life of 1-year, but was still detectable at follow-up. Limitation: no comparison group.
