Intervention EffectivenessSubjects with continued exposure (n=48) presented with more wheeze or shortness of breath (p<0.005), asthma severity (p<0.05), and medication use (p<0.05) than unexposed (n=27) and unemployed (n=53) subjects at follow-up. Declines in wheeze (p<0.001) and cough (p<0.01) were associated with unexposed workers in comparison to exposed workers.
