Site: Other-LIDO POTWASH
Violation: THE NON-STICK COATING ON SEVERAL WOKS AND FRYING PANS WAS SCRATCHED AND PEELING OFF.
Recommendation: 7.4.1.1.8 Multiuse kitchenware such as frying pans, griddles, sauce pans, cookie sheets, and waffle bakers that have a perfluorocarbon resin coating shall be used with nonscoring or nonscratching utensils and cleaning aids.

Violation: LOOSE SOFT SEALANT WAS NOTED PEELING FROM THE VENTILATION HOODS AND THE BULKHEAD AREAS AROUND THE GRILL AREAS.
Recommendation: 7.4.2.2.6 Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.

Violation: THE COUNTER TOP WAS NOT EASY TO CLEAN DUE TO CHIPPING PAINT AND ROUGH SURFACES.

Recommendation: 7.4.3.2.1 Ventilation hood systems and devices shall be sufficient in number and capacity to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on bulkheads and deckheads.

Violation: THE CLEANING EQUIPMENT WAS NOT STORED IN THE CLEANING LOCKER.
Recommendation: 7.7.7.1.3 Maintenance tools such as mops, brooms, and similar items shall be stored in an orderly manner that facilitates cleaning of the area used for storing the maintenance tools.
