THE EQUIPMENT WAS PLACED OUT OF ORDER AND THE MACHINES WERE REPAIRED AND WAS OPERATING CORRECTLY AT THE END OF THE INSPECTION.

Ensure the final rinse temperatures of the dishwashing machines are at least 160 degrees F at the dish surface.
