Abstract: This report describes findings from a round of cognitive testing on health limitations and health behaviors in the adult section of the Health Interview Survey. Research results were based on 18 interviews conducted by all staff members of the Cognitive Methods Staff of the National Center for Health Statistics in the Questionnaire Design and Research Laboratory (QDRL).
