Description

The goal of this study is to use simulation modeling to determine the best and most cost-effective screening and work-up regimens implementing low-dose computed tomography screening for lung cancer in WTC responders. The study findings will have direct implications on the adoption and implementation of this potentially lifesaving intervention in a population exposed to multiple carcinogens during the recovery efforts following the WTC attack.
