Public invited to comment on the Saint-Gobain PFAS report

ATLANTA, GA - The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) has released a health consultation report, “Evaluation of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in Private Wells near the Saint-Gobain Site in Southern New Hampshire, Merrimack, New Hampshire”, for public comment. ATSDR will accept comments from the public until March 1, 2022.

Workers at the former Zonolite and W.R. Grace & Co. vermiculite exfoliation plant in Tampa, Fla., from the 1950s to 1991 were exposed to hazardous levels of asbestos, according to a public health consultation from the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR).
