Site: DO NOT USE (whirlpool/spa)-Lido Deck
Violation: The anti-entrapment drain cover was missing from the drain in Starboard #2 whirlpool. The pool was closed but filled with water.
Recommendation: Ensure the appropriate anti-entrapment drain cover is installed prior to placing this whirlpool into operation.

Site: Galley-Deck 5 - Pot Wash Dirty Area
Violation: The non-stick coating on two frying pans was worn off.
Recommendation: Ensure that multiuse kitchenware such as frying pans, griddles, sauce pans, cookie sheets, and waffle bakers that have a perfluorocarbon resin coating are used with nonscoring or nonscratching utensils and cleaning aids.

Site: Pantry-Deck 9 - Bell Box
Violation: One cutting board was pitted and scored, making cleaning difficult.
Recommendation: Ensure that surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring are resurfaced if they no longer can be effectively cleaned and sanitized, or discarded if they are not capable of being resurfaced.

Violation: A few waiter trays were chipped along the edge, making cleaning difficult.
Recommendation: Ensure that nonfood-contact surfaces are free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.

Recommendation: Remove the excess sealant from the mobile alto shaam units.

Recommendation: Ensure that wiping cloths used for wiping food spills are dry and used for wiping food spills from tableware and single-service articles; or wet and cleaned, stored in a chemical sanitizer, and used for wiping spills from food-contact and nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
