Violation: Cup filling tubes were noted on galley drinking fountains. Drinking from cups is not allowed in the galleys.
Recommendation: Remove or otherwise disable the cup filling spigots.

Violation: There was a large hole in the technical space bulkhead were the electrical conduit passes through. This feature makes cleaning difficult and provides pest access to the void space.
Recommendation: Ensure that nonfood-contact surfaces are free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.

Violation: Open seams were noted on the Flambe' mobile cart, making cleaning difficult.

Violation: The bulkhead panel, separating the two technical spaces below the forward beverage station, had been cut away exposing the plywood core. The core was chipped and swollen from absorbing moisture.
Recommendation: Ensure that nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning are constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.

Violation: The forward beverage station equipment tubing was lying on the floor of the technical space, making cleaning difficult. The floor below the tubing was soiled.
Recommendation: Ensure that exposed utility service lines and pipes, including lines for fire detection and protection systems, are installed so they do not obstruct or prevent cleaning.

Violation: A heavy accumulation of condensate was noted above the bain marie on the buffet line. No condenste was observed dripping into the bain marie.
Recommendation: Adjust bain marie temperature to reduce steam production and preclude the formation of condensation.

Violation: Excessive pink mold was noted in the gap between the eliminator and the coils. This was cleaned during the inspection.
