Site: Potable Water-Microbiologic Monitoring
Violation: The sample sites of the microbiologic monitoring were not changed each month and one sample was taken from a potable water tank each month.
Recommendation: Ensure that a minimum of four potable water samples per month are collected and analyzed for the presence of Escherichia coli and are collected randomly from locations on the forward, aft, upper, and lower decks of the vessel. Ensure that sample sites are changed each month.

Violation: The vent was plugged on the backflow prevention device installed on the potable water hose connection near the chlorination tanks for the aft pool.
Recommendation: Ensure that the vents for all backflow prevention devices remain clear of obstruction.

Violation: The list of backflow prevention devices listed SOCLA as the manufacturer for some backflow prevention devices where Watts devices were installed. The correct type of device was installed in each location that was checked.

Violation: Utensils were not available at the whole fruit station.

Violation: The door to the technical compartment beneath the coffee machine was loose and did not close properly.
