Violation: THE CURRENT PRODUCT BEING USED TO SHOCK TREAT THE SPAS DID NOT HAVE A HALOGEN AS ITS ACTIVE INGREDIENT; HOWEVER A NEW HALOGENATED PRODUCT HAS BEEN ORDERED.
Recommendation: 6.2.2.1.2 Halogenation systems shall be operated and maintained in good repair in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Violation: AN EMPLOYEE WAS OBSERVED PLACING CLEANING BUCKETS IN A PREP SINK AND FILLING THEM WITH WATER. IT WAS CORRECTED BY THE F&B IMMEDIATELY.
Recommendation: Ckeaning buckets shall be filled at the handwash station hose tap.

Violation: THE INTERIORS OF THE FRYERS WERE NOT EASILY CLEANABLE BUT WERE EXTREMELY CLEAN.
Recommendation: 7.4.2.2.6 Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.

Violation: CONVEYOR SPEED OR CYCLE TIME WAS NOT NOTED ON THE DISHWASHER DATA PLATES.
Recommendation: 7.5.2.2.3 A warewashing machine shall be provided with an easily accessible and readable data plate affixed to the machine by the manufacturer that indicates the machine's design and operating specifications including the: (1) Temperatures required for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing; (2) Pressure required for the fresh water sanitizing rinse; and (3) Conveyor speed for conveyor machines or cycle time for stationary rack machines.

Violation: THERE WAS NO SIGN IN THE TOILET ROOM REMAINING STAFF TO WASH THEIR HANDS AND THE CHILDREN'S HANDS AFTER ASSISTING CHILD AFTER USING THE TOILET.
Recommendation: 10.1.1.1.3 Signs shall be posted in the diaper-changing area advising child-activity center staff to wash their hands after each diaper they change.
