Violation: THERE WERE A FEW DAYS WHEN THE CALIBRATION WASN'T DOCUMENTED EITHER ON THE CHART OR IN A LOG BOOK FOR THE FAR POINT ANALYZER. THIS WAS NOTED ALSO FOR THE PRODUCTION AND BUNKERING CHARTS.
Recommendation: 5.2.1.2.4 Halogen analyzer-chart recorders used in lieu of manual tests and logs shall be calibrated at the beginning of bunkering or production, and the calibration shall be recorded on the chart or in a log book.

THE DRAIN LINES ON THESE UNITS DO NOT ALLOW FOR WATER TO COMPLETELY DRAIN FROM THE PANS. THE FOLLOWING AC UNITS STILL NEEDED INSPECTION PORTS INSTALLED; 5611.TICAL 32610, 5611.TICAL 32710 AND 5611TICAL 32570.
