THE MEASURED TEMPERATURE OF THE POTWASHING MACHINE HAD A TEMPERATURE OF 155F BUT WAS NOT IN ACTIVE USE AT THE TIME.
THE CREW WORKING IN THE POTWASH DID NOT HAVE A THERMOMETER TO MEASURE THE TEMPERATURE, THEY HAD TO WAIT UNTIL A SUPERVISOR MEASURED THE TEMPERATURE.

(1) That are scaled in Celsius or dually scaled in Celsius and Fahrenheit shall be designed to be accurate to 1.5C in the intended range of use. (2) That are scaled only in Fahrenheit shall designed to be accurate to 3F in the intended range of use.
Ensure that the crew have the tools to properly measure temperatures.
