Remove heavy condensate from deckheads manually in the interim, but some professional ventilation review should be made to determine if there is a system problem at the machines and repairs should follow for the long term.

THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION FROM THE INSPECTION OF 22 MAY 2004.
