Violation: THE TEMPERATURE OF HAM AND RAW SHELL EGGS IN THE 3-DOOR REFRIGERATOR WERE 64 AND 55F. THE HAM HAD BEEN IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 5 HOURS.
