Violation: A SPLASH GUARD SHOULD BE INSTALLED BETWEEN THE HANDWASH SINK AND THE VEGETABLE PREPARATION SINK. THE SINKS ARE VERY CLOSE TOGETHER AND WATER FROM THE HANDWASH SINK CAN SPLASH ONTO THE PREPARATION SINK AREA.
