Site: DO NOT USE (whirlpool/spa)-Crew
Violation: The interior surfaces of the two whirlpools were cracked, exposing the foam insulation below. These features provide surfaces for bacteria and mold growth and inhibit proper disinfection of the interior whirlpool surfaces.
Recommendation: Replace the whirlpools.
