The devices listed on the cross connection control program for the garbage room did not match the devices located in that room. The program listed Watts B9 devices on the water line behind the wash sink and on the port and starboard sides of the garbage room. However, there were Watts N9 devices on the water line behind the wash sink and on the two spray hoses. In addition, there were two Watts 9D devices on the water supply lines to the faucets on the sorting table, and an atmospheric vacuum breaker on the bin washing machine that were not listed on the cross-connection control program.
