Site: Potable Water-Engine Room
Violation: There was a continuous leak from the reduced pressure assembly vent on the hot potable water line for the laundry.
Recommendation: Repair the reduced pressure assembly.

Site: DO NOT USE (whirlpool/spa)-Spa A Whirlpool
Violation: The anti-entrapment drain cover on the bottom of the whirlpool was cracked. The whirlpool was empty at the time of the inspection.
Recommendation: Replace the anti-entrapment drain cover.

Violation: There were slotted fasteners in the food contact area of the potato peelers.
Recommendation: Install low profile, non-slotted, non-corroding, and smooth fasteners.

Violation: There were a few cracks in the curved section of the sneeze guard. A work order was submitted on 16 December 2010.

Violation: The door gaskets of the hot holding units near the beverage station were cracked and worn.
Recommendation: Ensure that nonfood-contact equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates are kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

Violation: The final rinse tank of the warewash machine was soiled with food debris.

Violation: There were a few holes in the bulkhead towards the back left corner, exposing the insulation. It appeared that the plastic plugs were missing.
