During voyage FD20110702008, a casino dealer had an onset of GI symptoms on 8 July at 2:00, but did not report to the medical center until 8 July at 17:00. During voyage FD20110618008, a casino dealer had an onset of GI symptoms on 18 June at 10:00, but did not report to the medical center until 19 July at 11:10. The time cards for these crew members were reviewed to verify work history on these dates.

Recommendation:
Ensure that non-food employees who have conditions or symptoms of gastrointestinal illness report to the vessel's medical staff and are restricted from working.
