TEN CLEANED BAIN PANS WERE STACKED INVERTED ON THE CLEAN LANDING BESIDE THE FINAL SANITIZING SINK AND BEFORE THE POTWASH MACHINE. THE MACHINE WAS SAID TO BE FILLING AND STAFF SAID THEY WERE ONLY PREPARING TO WASH ITEMS.
