Site: Buffet-Lido Starboard
Violation: The back flow assembly behind the newly installed juice machine had a slight leak.
Recommendation: Maintain backflow prevention devices in good repair.

Site: Bar-Deck 11 Coffee Bar
Violation: The reduced pressure assembly backflow preventer under the coffee machine in the technical space was leaking and had a buildup of sediment around the pipe.
Recommendation: Adjust the free halogen residual level to at least 2.0 mg/L (ppm) within 30 minutes of the start of the bunkering and production processes. Site: Recreational Water Facilities-Deck 9 - Aft Pool
Violation: The Aft Pool had not open for the day when it was inspected. The water was very cloudy and the bottom and drains were not visible. Staff said the pool would not be opened until problem was abated by draining the pool.
Recommendation: Monitor and adjust the RWF?s clarity as recommended by the manufacturer and to maintain optimum public health protection and water chemistry.

Site: Preparation Room-Deck B Fish Preperation Room
Violation: The sanitizer in the bucket for wiping the counters was below the required amount. NOTE: It was discovered that were two lot numbers of test strips from the supplier were being used. The color standard markings on the side greatly differed in on the two bottles which may have contributed to an incorrect reading. Supplier was contacted.
Recommendation: Ensure sanitizing solutions are used with the following concentrations: (1) A chlorine solution with a concentration between 50 mg/L (ppm) and 200 mg/L (ppm).

Violation: The new sanitizer bucket for wiping the counters was below the required amount. See remarks in Item 2 above.
Recommendation: Ensure sanitizing solutions are used with the following concentrations: (1) A chlorine solution with a concentration between 50 mg/L (ppm) and 200 mg/L (ppm).

Violation: Skewers used in food preparation were stored incorrectly with office materials in a cabinet.
Recommendation: Store single-use articles: (1) in a clean, dry location; and (2) in a location where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination.

Site: Bar-Deck 9 Lido
Violation: Two clean hurricane glasses on the counter ready for use that had been placed in a sugar residue.
Recommendation: If used with potentially hazardous food, ensure equipment, food-contact surfaces, and utensils used on a continuing basis are washed, rinsed, and sanitized at least every 4 hours. Conduct cleaning of equipment such as ice bins; beverage dispensing nozzles; and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks, and distribution lines, beverage dispensing lines, and syrup dispensing lines or tubes; and coffee bean grinders: (1) at a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or (2) in the absence of manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Store cleaned utensils (1) in a clean, dry location; (2) in a location where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination.

Violation: A dirty phone cord was draped in front of the soap dispenser making it difficult to access.
