On 23 December 2018, four hours was exceeded between the initial halogen residual and pH level monitoring test and the second monitoring test. Potable water production began at 08:45 am, and the initial monitoring test occurred at 09:09 am. The second monitoring test was conducted at 14:07 pm. Staff stated only manual checks were conducted for potable water production.

Recommendation:
After the free residual halogen level of at least 2.0 mg/L (ppm) and pH level not exceeding 7.8 have been reached, monitor the free residual halogen and pH at least once every 4 hours during the production of potable water.

On April 7, a food worker had an onset of AGE symptoms at 11:00 am but did not report to the medical center until 4:45 pm. The crew member worked from 3:22 to 4:30 pm. Medical staff provided a thorough documentation of the assessment and corrective actions in the area where the crew member worked. The crew member was also disciplined.
