Site: Pantry-Deck 5 - Comedy Club Port Side
Violation: Water was consistently leaking from the backflow prevention device of the multiflow system. This was replaced before the end of the inspection.
Recommendation: Maintain backflow prevention devices in good repair.

Site: Potable Water-Engine Room Reverse Osmosis Unit
Violation: The reverse osmosis unit's permeate water pipes were striped blue with white directional arrows in the middle of the blue striping.
Recommendation: Stripe or paint potable water lines either in accordance with ISO 14726 (blue/green/blue) or blue only. Stripe or paint distillate and permeate lines directed to the potable water system in accordance with ISO 14726 (blue/gray/blue). Ensure no other lines have the above color designations.

Site: Buffet-Deck 9 - Grand Buffet
Violation: Two small flies were in the technical space under the utility sink. One of the small flies landed on the cut fruit out for passenger service at the fruit station. The station was closed, and all the cut fruit was disposed of.
Recommendation: Protect food from contamination that may result from a physical, chemical, biological origin.

Violation: The soda gun had slotted fasteners on the food splash area.
Recommendation: Use only low profile, nonslotted, noncorroding, and easy-to-clean fasteners on food-contact surfaces and in splash zones. Prohibit the use of exposed slotted screws, Phillips head screws, or pop rivets in these areas.

Site: Pantry-Deck 9 - Endless Bar
Violation: Water leaked from the in use glasswash machine and pooled on the deck. The machine was placed out of service and remediation started immediately.
Recommendation: Maintain warewashing equipment in good repair and proper adjustment, including: (1) warewashing equipment is maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the standards of the materials, design, and construction of these guidelines; (2) water pressure and water temperature-measuring devices are maintained in good repair and accurate within the intended range of use.

Violation: Food debris was on the plate surface of a previously cleaned and sanitized plate out for use. All the plates out for service were removed for cleaning and sanitizing.

Violation: The passenger side of the countertop had more than a day's worth of black debris along the stainless steel weld along the fire door shutter track. The area was in operation.
