-Deck 10 Breakfast Grill: The silicone around the two soup kettles was missing. Silicone was peeling from the entire deckhead paneling.
-Deck 10 Omelettes: The silicone at the back bar counter ledge was hanging down and in disrepair.
-Deck 10 Lido Center Galley Deep Fat Frying: A heavy amount of silicone buildup was around the piping and was detached which created a gap. Silicone was also missing from the parts of the bulkhead.
-Deck 8 Main Galley: Silicone was missing around the back bulkhead by the soup kettles.

Ensure nonfood-contact surfaces are free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and are designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.
