Ensure that shellstock is obtained in containers bearing legible source identification tags or labels that are affixed by the harvester and each dealer that depurates, ships, or reships the shellstock, as specified in the National Shellfish Sanitation Program Guide for the Control of Molluscan Shellfish.

Ensure the excess capillary tube is shortened.

THE BULK MILK CONTAINER DISPENSING TUBE WAS APPROXIMATELY TWO INCHES IN LENGTH AND WAS NOT CUT ON A DIAGONAL. MILK WAS RETAINED IN THE TUBE.

Recommendation:
Ensure that the bulk milk container dispensing tube is cut on the diagonal leaving no more than 3 centimeters (1 inch) protruding from the chilled dispensing head.
