Site: Potable Water-POTABLE WATER HOSES
Violation: THE POTABLE WATER HOSES WERE MARKED; HOWEVER, THEY WERE NOT MARKED 'POTABLE WATER ONLY.' THIS IS A NEW REQUIREMENT.
Recommendation: Ensure the potable water hoses are labeled "POTABLE WATER ONLY" in 1/2 inch lettering at each connecting end.

Site: Provisions-
Violation: THERE WAS A BOX OF SHELLSTOCK (CLAMS) THAT DID NOT HAVE THE SHELLSTOCK IDENTIFICATION TAG ATTACHED. THE TAG WAS IN THE PROVISION OFFICE.
Recommendation: Ensure that shellstock is obtained in containers bearing legible source identification tags or labels that are affixed by the harvester and each dealer that depurates, ships, or reships the shellstock, as specified in the National Shellfish Sanitation Program Guide for the Control of Molluscan Shellfish.

Site: Galley-DECK 6 PORT SIDE AFT
Violation: THE LEFT ICE MACHINE HAD A THERMOSTAT CAPILLARY TUBE THAT WAS IRREGULARLY COILED, MAKING CLEANING DIFFICULT. THE COILED PART WAS TOUCHING THE ICE IN THE MACHINE.
Recommendation: Ensure the excess capillary tube is shortened.

Site: Buffet-BEVERAGE STATION
Violation: THE BULK MILK CONTAINER DISPENSING TUBE WAS APPROXIMATELY TWO INCHES IN LENGTH AND WAS NOT CUT ON A DIAGONAL. MILK WAS RETAINED IN THE TUBE.
Recommendation: Ensure that the bulk milk container dispensing tube is cut on the diagonal leaving no more than 3 centimeters (1 inch) protruding from the chilled dispensing head.
