Site: Potable Water-LOTUS WHIRLPOOL PUMP ROOM
Violation: THE REDUCED PRESSURE (RP) PRINCIPLE BACKFLOW PROTECTION DEVICE ON THE COLD POTABLE WATER LINE WAS LEAKING CONTINUOUSLY.
Recommendation: Retest and repair if required the backflow protection device.

Site: Galley-GALLEY BEVERAGE STATION DECK 5
Violation: THE PLASTIC INSERT INSIDE THE TECHNICAL COMPARTMENT OF THE VITALITY JUICE MACHINE WAS CRACKED, MAKING CLEANING DIFFICULT.
Recommendation: Ensure that nonfood-contact surfaces are free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. Replace the plastic insert inside the Vitality Juice dispensing machine.

Site: Buffet-DISHWASH AREA
Violation: A MOP AND BUCKET WERE FOUND PARTIALLY BLOCKING THE SINGLE HANDWASHING SINK AT THE SOILED DISH DROP-OFF. THESE ITEMS WERE MOVED DURING THE INSPECTION.
Recommendation: Ensure that handwashing facilities are used for no other purpose and are accessible at all times.

Site: Other-HAMBURGER GRILL
Violation: FOOD PACKAGES, FRENCH FRY FREEZER BAGS, WERE FOUND DISPOSED OF IN THE HANDWASHING STATION WASTE RECEPTACLE.
Recommendation: Dispose of only paper towels and food handling gloves, not food wrappers in the handwashing station waste receptacles.
