Specifically the mold was noted along the top front edge of the maker chamber where the cuber splash panel inserts, along the water feed tube at the water bath, along the side panels of the cubers and directly above the water bath, along the underside exterior trickle tube which sets directly above the two cubers, and in the disco pantry residue was noted inside the two cuber water bath compartments. In most cases there was also a distinct brown iron residue along the top of each cuber tray and the associated white plastic piping. The cleaning labels gave dates from 2/27/06 in the Casino Pantry to 6/14/2006 in the Sports Bar. The crushed ice machine in the Casino Bar Pantry had a noticeable layer of brown slime in the small water chamber, filter, and tube in the upper ice maker section.
