Both agencies conclude the site poses no apparent public health hazard. The public comment period extends through July 17, 2003.

The public comment version of ATSDR's public health consultation for the View-Master Factory Supply Well site in Beaverton, Ore., is now available. ATSDR concludes that past exposure to TCE through drinking water from the site's well might have resulted in adverse health effects among former View-Master workers. Written comments from the public will be accepted through Feb. 28, 2003.
