For both of these applications, a continuous pressure type backflow prevention device is required due to the downstream valve.

Recommendation:
Investigate the type of backflow prevention device that is installed on the washing machines in the crew launderettes and on the hose in the photo shop. Ensure that it is a continuous pressure device and update the list of backflow prevention devices.

The temperature of the crisp bacon was measure at 95F. The crisp bacon is not a potentially hazardous food.

Ensure that ambient air temperature measuring devices are maintained in good repair and are accurate within the intended range of use.
