Site: Potable Water-AC Room 7.2
Violation: The potable water lines supplying the sink were not striped blue.
Recommendation: Ensure that potable water piping and fittings are painted or striped auxiliary blue, or in accordance with ISO 14726, at 5 m (15 feet) intervals on each side of partitions, decks, and bulkheads in all spaces, except where the decor would be marred by such markings.

Violation: The milk dispensing tube was greater than two inches in length.
Recommendation: Ensure that the bulk milk container dispensing tube is cut on the diagonal leaving no more than 25mm (1 inch) protruding from the chilled dispensing head.

Violation: The mounted thermometer on the milk dispenser at the beverage station indicated 35F, but the actual inside temperature was greater than 50F.
Recommendation: Repair the mounted thermometer on the bulk milk dispenser.

Violation: The drip pan housing for the flat top grill had gaps, seams and limited space, making cleaning difficult.

Site: Food Service General-
Violation: The pipe wrap in the technical spaces for the bars, bar pantries and windjammer beverage stations were painted. There were areas in the technical spaces with painting drippings that had dried leaving rough surfaces that were not easy to clean.
Recommendation: Ensure that nonfood-contact surfaces are free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.

Violation: The wooden boxes used to store table signs and buffet signs were difficult to clean.
Recommendation: Ensure that nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning are constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.

Violation: The grout at the cove base in the walk-in refrigerator was separating from the tiles creating a difficult to clean seam. This was noted behind the left shelving unit. The grout was separating from the threshold at the door to the pool area as well.
Recommendation: Ensure that decks, bulkheads, and deckheads in food preparation, warewashing, pantries, and storage areas are constructed and maintained for easy cleaning.

Violation: The grout along the cove tiles at the starboard buffet on the passenger side was cracked resulting in a difficult to clean seam. The grout was separating from the buffet at the port buffet on the passenger side resulting in a difficult to clean seam.
Recommendation: Ensure the deck, bulkheads, and deckheads are constructed and maintained for easy cleaning.

Violation: The light bulbs over these stations were not shielded or shatter-resistant.
