Violation: REVIEWING THE LOGS FOR THE POOLS ON 7-23-2002, IT WAS NOTED THAT THE RECORDED RECORDS SHOWED A CHLORINE LEVEL OF 5PPM FOR EVERY HOUR TESTING WAS CONDUCTED. THE CHLORINE LEVEL FOR POOLS SHOULD BE 1-3PPM.
Recommendation: The free halogen levels for pools should be between 1-3 parts per million and recorded accurately.

Violation: CRACKED TILE WAS NOTED IN THE AREA. CONSTRUCTION WAS IN PROCESS REPLACING THE TILE. CONSTRUCTION ITEMS THROUGHOUT THE SHIP FOR CRACKED AND MISSING TILES HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED SINCE THE LAST INSPECTION.
Recommendation: 7.7.4.2.3 Decks, bulkheads, and deckheads in food preparation, warewashing, pantries, and storage areas, shall be maintained in good repair.
