Violation: SEVERAL PREVIOUSLY CLEANED PLATES WERE FOUND SOILED WITH FOOD RESIDUE AND STORED AS CLEAN.
Recommendation: 7.5.5.1.1 Food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Violation: NUMEROUS PREVIOUSLY CLEAN SHEET PANS, AND UTENSILS WERE FOUND SOILED WITH FOOD RESIDUE AS STORED AS CLEAN.
Recommendation: 7.5.5.1.1 Food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Violation: THE EXHAUST HOOD OVER THE CTX OVEN WAS SOILED WITH OLD GREASE. THIS WAS THE ONLY HOOD THAT WAS SOILED.
Recommendation: Ensure that the exhaust hood is cleaned frequently enough to keep it free from grease accumulation.

Violation: THE FOOD-CONTACT SURFACE OF THE EQUIPMENT WAS BEING IMMERSED LESS THAN THE REQUIRED 30 SECONDS.
Recommendation: 7.5.6.2.2 A chemical sanitizer shall be used in accordance with the EPA-approved manufacturer's label use instructions at a minimum temperature of 24C (75F) with an exposure time of 7 seconds for a chlorine solution and 30 seconds for other chemical sanitizers.

Violation: A DATA PLATE WAS NOT PROVIDED FOR THE HOBART WAREWASHER.
Recommendation: 7.5.2.2.3 A warewashing machine shall be provided with an easily accessible and readable data plate affixed to the machine by the manufacturer that indicates the machine's design and operating specifications including the: (1) Temperatures required for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing; (2) Pressure required for the fresh water sanitizing rinse; and (3) Conveyor speed for conveyor machines or cycle time for stationary rack machines.

Violation: A CHILD SIZE TOILET SEAT WAS NOT PROVIDED IN THE CHILD ACTIVITY CENTER. THE SEAT HAS BEEN ORDERED.
Recommendation: 10.2.1.1.1 Child-size toilet and handwashing facilities shall be provided, if toilet rooms are located in a child-activity center.
