Violation: DURING SOME BUNKERING PERIODS, THE INITIAL HALOGEN READINGS WERE BELOW 2.0 PPM. THE REMAINING HOURLY READINGS WERE ABOVE THE REQUIRED 2.0 PPM.
Recommendation: 5.2.1.1.1 Potable water shall be continuously halogenated to at least 2.0 mg/L (ppm) free residual halogen at the time of bunkering or production with an automatic halogenation device.

Violation: A LARGE LINCOLN PIZZA OVEN IS NOT BEING USED. THIS UNIT IS SCHEDULED FOR REMOVAL DURING THE NEXT DRYDOCK DUE TO ITS SIZE. THE OVEN IS NO LONGER NEEDED SINCE PIZZAS ARE NOT PREPARED IN THE AREA ANY LONGER.
Recommendation: Remove pizza oven at next dry dock. 7.7.7.1.1 Only articles necessary for the food service operation shall be stored in food preparation, food storage, and warewashing areas.
