THREE OF THE VESSEL'S CHLORINE TEST KITS WERE CHECKED USING THE MANUFACTURER'S SECONDARY STANDARDS KIT AND WERE FOUND TO BE BEYOND THE TOLERANCE ALLOWED FOR EACH STANDARD.

THE FINAL RINSE SPRAY IN THE GLASSWASH UNIT WAS NOT ACTIVATED UNTIL THE RACK WAS HALF-WAY THROUGH THE COMPARTMENT.
