NONE OF THE FLEXIBLE SHOWER HOSES INSTALLED IN THE HANDICAP PASSENGER CABINS (DECKS 4-8 AFT SECTION) WERE PROTECTED WITH BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES.

Install backflow preventers to each such handicap cabin flexible shower hose where it attaches to the base.

A NON-FOOD WORKER, CREW MEMBER WAS NOTED IN THE CREW GALLEY PREPARING TO USE A DRINKING GLASS TO SCOOP ICE FROM THE ICE MACHINE. THE WORKING CHEF OF THE CREW GALLEY STOPPED THE INDIVIDUAL BEFORE HE COULD FILL THE GLASS.
ICE WAS AVAILABLE TO THE CREW IN THE CREW MESSES.

SEVERAL CRACKS IN THE BAR COUNTER TOP WAS SEALED BUT THE REPAIR WAS VERY ROUGH MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO CLEAN.
ADDITIONALLY, SOFT SEALANT WAS USED TO SEAL GAPS AROUND ICE WELLS, THIS SEALANT WAS DISCOLORED FROM PAST MILDEW.

EMPTY JUICE DISPENSING CONTAINERS WERE NOTED IN VARIOUS BARS FILLED WITH A CHLORINE SOLUTION OVER 200 PPM. IT WAS STATED THAT BEFORE THEY WERE REFILLED THE CONTAINERS WERE WASHED TWICE IN THE DISHWASHING MACHINE.

Ensure that sanitizing concentrations for this soaking operation are less than 200 ppm chlorine.
