Violation: THE RECORD-KEEPING FOR THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM, BACKFLOW PROTECTION, SWIMMING POOLS AND WHIRLPOOLS SPAS, AND INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT WERE OUTSTANDING. MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT FOR MANY OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAMS APPEARED TO BE VERY EFFECTIVE AND WAS REFLECTED IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF MANY STAFF MEMBERS.

Violation: A LARGE BOX OF JUICE WAS STORED DIRECTLY ON THE DECK.
Recommendation: 7.3.3.5.1 Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food: (1) In a clean, dry location; (2) Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (3) At least 15 centimeters (6 inches) above the deck.

Recommendation: Repair equipment paced out of order as soon as the spare parts arrive.
