Site: Other-POTABLE WATER
Violation: The chlorine pump for the distribution system was set on manual at the time of inspection. The distribution pump shall be kept in the automatic mode at all times.

Violation: The analyzer chlorine charts range from 0 to 2.0 ppm. The level of chlorine for the past few weeks has been from 2.0 to 4.0 ppm. Analyzer charts that range from 0 to 5.0 ppm shall be provided if the ship continues to maintain high levels of chlorine.
Recommendation: Surfaces of equipment not intended for contact with food, but which are exposed to splash or food debris or which otherwise require frequent cleaning, shall be designed and fabricated to be smooth, washable, free of unnecessary ledges, projections, or crevices, and readily accessible for cleaning, and shall be of such material and in such repair as to be easily maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Violation: The drainline from the clean landing table of the glassmachine was soiled with food residue.
Recommendation: The drainline shall be cleaned on a routine basis.

Violation: A seam was present between the deck tiles and the bottoms of the bottoms of the pass through refrigerators.
