WHEN TESTED MANUALLY, THE ACTUAL FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IN THE BUNKER LINE DURING ACTIVE BUNKERING WAS GREATER THAN 2.0 PPM, WHILE THE WATER FROM THE SMALL LINE FEEDING THE ANALYZER HAD A FREE CHLORINE RESIDUAL OF ONLY 1.1 PPM.
