Test results showing the pressure differences on both sides of the valves shall be maintained for each device. 5.7.2.2.3 The inspection and test results for backflow preventers shall be retained for at least 12 months and shall be available to the VSP for review during inspections.

THE ICE MACHINE DRAIN WAS PLUGGED ON THE CREW MESS SELF-SERVICE LINE ICE BIN. WORK REQUESTS HAD BEEN SUBMITTED SINCE LAST NOVEMBER TO HAVE THE ICE MACHINES REPAIRED AND AS RECENTLY AS FEBRUARY 1ST & 8TH.
Recommendation: Ensure that the ice bins drain properly so that standing water is not on the bottom of the bins.
