VENTILATION UNIT'S AC 6.6.6. AND AC 6.6.2 C PLASTIC FILTERS WERE COVERED WITH BLACK MOLD AND OTHER DEBRIS. STAFF STATED THIS UNIT HAD BEEN CLEANED ONE MONTH AGO.
