Site: Pantry-Lido Starboard Hot Galley
Violation: There was a seam in the stainless steel column where the lower profile piece met the column on the side closest to the fire blanket.
Recommendation: Seal the seam in the stainless steel column.

Violation: There was a gap on the right underside of the deep fat fryer closest to the flat grill.
Recommendation: Profile the gap on the underside of the deep fat fryer.

Violation: The gap on the right underside of the deep fat fryer closest to the flat grill was soiled with oil residue.
Recommendation: Ensure that nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment are kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

Site: Food Service General-Espresso Machines
Violation: There were slotted fasteners in the food splash areas the espresso machines in the lido aft port beverage station and the passageway between the lido center galley and the service area.
Recommendation: Replace the slotted fasteners with low profile, non-slotted, non-corroding, and smooth fasteners.

Violation: There was no coving at the deck/cabinet juncture on the working side of the waiter stations.
Recommendation: Ensure that bulkhead and deck junctures are coved (including galleys, pantries, deck/counter junctures at buffets, bars, waiter stations, and dining room work counters).

Violation: Some of the deck tiles along the deck drain covers were cracked in the lido, main, and crew galleys.
Recommendation: Repair or replace the cracked deck tiles.

Violation: The latch pin insert of door frame 10.16 was not complete, exposing an open void space.
Recommendation: Repair the latch pin insert on the door frame to eliminate access to the void space.

Site: Galley-Steakhouse Show
Violation: The far left and far right lights just above the counter top were not working. The light level at the counter top in these areas was less than 220 lux and not sufficient for cleaning.
Recommendation: Repair the lights and ensure that the light level at the counter top can be raised to at least 220 lux for cleaning.

Site: Provisions-Room 19 Dairy, Bread, and Juice
Violation: The deckhead in the back left corner was soiled.
Recommendation: Ensure that decks, bulkheads, deckheads, and attached equipment in food preparation, warewashing, pantries, and storage areas, are cleaned as often as necessary.

Site: Bar-Turquoise Pool
Violation: It was very difficult to dispense soap from the dispenser at the handwash station. After depressing the dispensing button several times, only a very small amount of soap came out. It appeared that the dispenser was full. The bar was open at the time of the inspection.
Recommendation: Ensure that the dispenser is working correctly so that soap can be easily dispensed.
