During active cooking there was a condensate leak that appeared from the forward/starboard bulkhead at the seam where two panels joined. This was immediately beside steam kettle #3 and there was water pooling on the deck below the leak. Opposite, near steam kettle #7 was a similar leak, except this was from the lower edge of the canopy hood at the forward bulkhead and this was much slower. Staff noted this was a ventilation issue they had identified and repair work was scheduled for 12 April in this area.

Staff stated that this condition was already reported to the contractors who did the installation at the October 2014 dry dock and they were coordinating a replacement to this deck.
